Who Can Apply and When?

The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is opening in phases. Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria before applying.

How to Apply

Submit a single application for all eligible household members to avoid delays.

List of any government social program dental coverage
2023 tax return and Notice of Assessment for you and your spouse (if applicable)

Renewing Your CDCP Coverage

CDCP coverage must be renewed annually to confirm continued eligibility.

You can ask a trusted person or a legal delegate to help with your application.

A legal delegate can apply on your behalf if they have legal authority documented in:
