Other Ways to Find a Participating Provider

If you can’t find a provider in the search tool, you can:

• **Contact any oral health provider** in your community and ask if they accept CDCP clients and bill Sun Life directly.
• Call the **Sun Life CDCP Contact Centre** at 1-888-888-8110 for assistance.

CDCP-approved providers include **dentists, dental hygienists, denturists, dental specialists, and dental school clinics**.

Important Booking Reminders

Before booking your appointment, make sure to:

• Confirm that the provider **accepts CDCP clients** and **bills Sun Life directly**.
• Know your **coverage start date (benefit effective date)** and **co-payment details** (if applicable).
• Ask the provider about any additional costs you may need to pay beyond your co-payment.
• **Never pay the full amount upfront**—your provider must submit the CDCP claim for you.

**Important:** Sun Life does not reimburse clients directly. You are only responsible for co-payments (if any) and any non-covered expenses.
